Structuring enterprise sales communication through scalable design systems

Cenareo is a SaaS company specializing in digital signage solutions for enterprise organizations. As the sole in-house graphic designer within the Marketing team, I worked across marketing, sales and customer success to create communication tools supporting the entire commercial journey, from lead generation to customer expansion.

When I joined the company, sales materials were mainly created on demand, with limited consistency and few reusable resources. My role was to transform complex technical offerings into clear, structured and scalable communication assets while improving efficiency for commercial teams.

Working closely with sales representatives and the marketing team, I translated business objectives into visual narratives by defining information hierarchy, simplifying content and creating adaptable design systems. Beyond individual requests, I helped build a reusable library of sales materials that strengthened brand consistency across the company.

Scope

  • Sales presentations & enterprise proposals
  • Service one-pagers and sales enablement tools
  • Communication assets for strategic accounts
  • Marketing and event materials
  • Design systems and production workflows

The communication ecosystem developed during this period became a shared resource across multiple teams, helping simplify complex solutions and support high-level commercial conversations with greater clarity and consistency.

This experience strengthened my ability to connect design with business objectives, build scalable systems and create solutions that support both internal teams and customer relationships.
