Dual Brand System for an International Food Concept
French Corner is a fast-food concept launching in Kampala, Uganda, combining French-inspired street food with an accessible international positioning. As a freelance designer, I developed the complete brand identity from scratch, creating a system designed to support future expansion.
The main challenge was to bring two different food experiences together under one brand: French tacos and sweet crêpes. Rather than forcing them into a single visual language, I created a flexible brand architecture with two complementary identities: Monsieur Tacos and Madame Crêpe.
Each sub-brand has its own personality, mascot and visual tone, while sharing a common structure that keeps the overall ecosystem consistent. The result is a modular identity that allows each product line to stand alone or grow together under the French Corner umbrella.
